Lauren messaged me about my In the First Year Baby Plan. Four sessions, including maternity, newborn, six months and one year old for her brand new baby girl they were naming Tyler Rose. At 34 weeks pregnant, her and her mom came into my studio for a consultation. We got a chance to chat like old friends. She told me all about her pregnancy up to that point and I got to show her around the studio. I instantly liked her. She was down to earth, super sweet and seemed to know exactly what she wanted.
We discussed ideas for what I could do for her maternity sessions, which would be the first in a year long series of sessions. We decided to use Tyler’s nursery as inspiration. I knew that Lauren would want to display these photos in Tyler’s nursery, so she sent me photos of the decor and I used the colors to create her personalized color palette of maternity dresses.
A few weeks later, Lauren and her husband, Matt, came back to the studio where she spent an hour getting pampered by one of my amazing hair and makeup artists who created a soft and natural look for Lauren.
For the next two hours, I captured four different looks for Lauren, starting with a gorgeous white lace, form-fitting gown from Ana Brandt’s TAOPAN maternity line. Lauren was breathtaking and a natural in front of the camera. Matt joined in the fun and jumped in a few shots. They had me giggling from their playful antics, but you could really tell they have fun together. Then Lauren finished up with a stunning teal blue dress, followed by a sweet, pink off the shoulder dress.
Her images couldn’t have been more beautiful. She simply glowed! I couldn’t have been more happy with how amazing her images turned out. Now the waiting began as we waited for the arrival of Miss Tyler Rose.
