After weeks of patiently waiting, Tyler Rose finally made her appearance. I knew Lauren and Matt were ready long before Miss Tyler was ready. But you know newborn babies, they don’t always come when we want them to. Tyler Rose was born September 21 at 7:58am, weighing in at 8lbs 4oz. I’m sure it was instant love for Lauren and Matt, but even more so when she came to visit me in the studio just a few days later.
I had been planning this sessions for weeks and I couldn’t wait to use all the goodies I had collected. I knew Lauren had a thing for anything floral (and unicorns), so I incorporated lots of pink and flowers to make for one beautiful newborn session. Of course, having one of the cutest subjects makes this job not so much a job but down right fun. It also helps to have two of the coolest parents on the block who got a chance to kick it back in the studio for a little bit of rest and relaxation. I mean, the first week with a new baby is the toughest. But for at least three hours I have her a chance to just enjoy a moment to herself while I got in all the snuggles I could with Tyler Rose.
She was a dream girl. All smiles and lots of sleepy vibes. From beginning to end, she was amazing. I knew these photos would be just as beautiful as her mother’s maternity session. I know you’ll agree with me when I say…this girl is a doll! Now it’s just a matter of time before I get to see this sweet girl again when she visits me, but by then she’ll be able to sit up, and show off that amazing personality and those gorgeous good looks. I can’t wait to see this girl grow up! Just don’t do it too fast!
